Iserv Technology Group Acquires Customers of Illinois-Based ezl dot com, inc.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - May 31, 2006 - The Iserv Technology Group (ITG) today announced it has acquired the customers of Illinois-based internet service provider (ISP) ezl, inc. (www.ezl.com).

The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's sixth acquisition in the past 12 months, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The agreement provides Iserv with ezl dot com's current customer base in Edwardsville, Ill. and surrounding areas. Customers with questions are encouraged to contact Iserv customer service at 1.888.64.ISERV.
