Iserv Acquires Customers of Springnet
Iserv acquires the customers of Dayton, Ohio.-based internet service provider (ISP) Springnet.cc, LLC (http://www.springnet.cc). The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's 15th acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. The agreement provides Iserv with Springnet's current customer base in Dayton and the surrounding area. As a result of the acquisition, Springnet customers will become part of the Iserv network and have access to cutting-edge products and services, as well as a comprehensive selection of flexible connectivity packages.
September 2005 - Iserv Acquires Customers of TodayLink
Iserv acquires the customers of Dearborn Heights, Mich.-based internet service provider (ISP) TodayLink ( http://www.todaylink.com ). The acquisition, done through ITG's Iserv Company, marks ITG's 14th acquisition, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. The agreement provides Iserv with TodayLink's current customer base in Eastern Michigan. As a result of the acquisition, TodayLink customers will become part of the Iserv network and have access to cutting-edge products and services, as well as a comprehensive selection of flexible connectivity packages.
September 2005 - Iserv Acquires Customers of Cooke Technologies
Iserv acquires the customers of Illinois-based internet service provider (ISP) Cooke Technologies ( http://www.cooketech.net/ ). The acquisition marks ITG's second ISP acquisition outside of Michigan, and further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest. The agreement provides Iserv with Cooke's current customer base in Chicago, Danville, Hoopeston and surrounding areas. As a result of the acquisition, Cooke customers will become part of the Iserv network and have access to cutting-edge products and services, as well as a comprehensive selection of flexible connectivity packages.
September 2005 - Iserv Announces First Non-ISP Acquisition
Iserv announces the completion of its first non-ISP acquisition with the purchase of Pinika (www.Pinika.com ), a document and process management company based in Grand Rapids, Mich. Pinika provides a secure and organized online environment for legal and other documents, and has offered litigation case management and support services to attorneys throughout Michigan since 1997. The agreement provides ITG with an important ASP (application service provider) presence in the growing legal services vertical.
August 2005 - Iserv Acquires Customers of Caliber Connections Corporation
Iserv acquires the customers of Chicago-based internet service provider Caliber
Connections Corporation (http://www.calcon.net/),
providing Iserv with Caliber's customer base in Chicago and its surrounding areas.
The acquisition marks ITG's first ISP acquisition outside of Michigan. The move
further establishes Iserv as one of the largest independent ISPs in the Midwest.
In addition, Caliber customers become part of Iserv's network and now have access
to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services.
July 2005 - Iserv Acquires Customers of Top Dog
Iserv acquires the customers of Bad Axe, Mich.-based Top Dog Internet Services,
making Top Dog customers part of Iserv's statewide network with access to a
full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The acquisition
gives Iserv an expanded presence in Michigan's thumb region.
March 2005 - Iserv Acquires Customers of 1010internet
Iserv acquires the Northwestern Michigan customers of Scottville, Mich.~Vbased 1010internet,
providing Iserv with 1010internet~Rs customer base in the cities of Ludington, Scottville,
Manistee, Bear Lake and Custer. 1010internet customers become part of Iserv's statewide
network and now have access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services.
The acquisition gives Iserv an expanded presence in Northwest Michigan, and marks the second
1010internet acquisition for Iserv. The Company also acquired the eastern Michigan-area
1010internet customers in June, 2004.
