December 2004 - Iserv Acquires Customers of HTDConnect.com

Iserv acquires Ann Arbor, Michigan-based HTDConnect’s dial-up customer-base, primarily covering Mid- and Southeast Michigan. HTDConnect’s customers become part of Iserv’s statewide network and have access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The transaction expands Iserv into Mid- and Southeast Michigan.

September 2004 - Iserv Acquires Customers of Ionia Internet Services, Inc.

Iserv acquires the customers of Ionia, Mich.-based Ionia Internet Services, Inc. The transaction expands Iserv's presence in Mid-Michigan. Ionia Internet's customers become part of Iserv's statewide network and now have access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services.

July 2004 - Iserv Acquires Customers of Renegade Productions, Inc.

Iserv acquires customers of Harrisville, Mich.-based Renegade Productions, Inc. in Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Ogemaw, Oscoda and Montmorency counties. Renegade's customers become part of Iserv's statewide network and have access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The transaction expands Iserv into Northeast Michigan.

June 2004 - Iserv Acquires Customers of 1010internet, LLC

Iserv acquires Scottville, Mich.-based 1010internet, LLC's customer base in the cities of Bad Axe, Bay City, Ubly, Standish and the surrounding areas. The eastern Michigan 1010internet customers became part of the Iserv network and have access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The move expands Iserv's presence in Michigan's "thumb" area. Iserv's network surpassed 50,000 subscribers throughout Michigan.
