August 2003 - Iserv Acquires Parrett Internet Technologies, Inc.

Based in Benton Harbor, Mich., Parrett Internet Technologies, was an ISP serving residential and business customers in and around Benton Harbor, St. Joseph and the surrounding communities Parrett customers became part of the Iserv network with access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The transaction continued to expand Iserv's presence into the Benton Harbor and St. Joseph area.

July 2003 - Iserv Acquires DataWise, Inc.

Based in Allegan, Mich., DataWise, Inc. was an ISP serving residential and business customers in and around Allegan County, including the growing communities of Allegan, Fennville, Saugatuck and Hamilton. As a result of the transaction, DataWise customers became part of the Iserv network, providing new access to a full range of connectivity, Data Center and Web Services. The move also gave Iserv an expanded presence in the Allegan area and its first-ever wireless network.
