ACQUISITION PROFILE
The Iserv Technology Group maintains a focused set of criteria for acquisitions driven by senior management's experience in operating and managing software and technology related businesses.
ITG's strengths in financial analysis, operations and acquisitions enables us to react quickly to an opportunity, close a transaction in a timely manner - without disruption in day-to day operations, and create value for all sides with a successful ownership transition. ITG pursues transactions with the intent of becoming an Owner-Operator, not a passive investor.
